Die Geschichte von Shot Ice
Der Beginn von Shot Ice: Dein Wassereis mit Alkohol für den Sommer
Die Idee zu Shot Ice kam Simon Schulze Sutthoff, einem jungen Unternehmer, in einer durchzechten Partynacht, als ihm ein handelsübliches Wassereis in die Hand gedrückt wurde. Nach etwa einem halben Jahr Vorbereitung wurde Shot Ice offiziell am 01.01.2014 gelauncht. Der Verkauf der von Hand etikettierten Eiscreme beschränkte sich zunächst auf kleinere Veranstaltungen, Hochzeiten, Straßenfeste und Studentenpartys. Doch die Resonanz der Kunden war sensationell und bestätigte Simon immer mehr in seinem Vorhaben, Shot Ice als Marke und Produkt zu etablieren.
Bereits im Sommer 2014 konnte der erste große Kunde gewonnen werden: Der MEGAPARK Mallorca erkannte das Potenzial von Shot Ice und orderte direkt 25.000 Eis. Weitere große Namen sollten folgen. Bis heute wurden die Absatzzahlen kontinuierlich gesteigert und zum Kundenportfolio von Shot Ice zählen mittlerweile Kunden aus 5 europäischen Ländern.
Seit 2024 gibt’s Shot Ice auch deutschlandweit im Kaufland, bei Rewe Südwest und Rewe Ost! Und wenn du auf Festivals stehst, haben wir auch gute Nachrichten: Wir sind mittlerweile auf 80 Festivals im Jahr in Deutschland, Österreich und weiteren europäischen Ländern vertreten!
