Shipping and Payment Terms

We offer free shipping for a shopping cart of at least 21 Euros within Germany. If your order value is below 21.00 €, the shipping costs are 3.99 €.

The shipping costs to Austria are 14.99€.

Shipping costs to other countries are depending. You will see the final shipping costs at the checkout.

A. Shipping Fees

We standardly ship only within Germany with DHL. We ship to Austria with GLS.

Germany: Free shipping from an order value of 21.00€, below that 3.99 € (incl. VAT)

Austria: Shipping costs 14.99€ (incl. VAT)

Should you wish to ship to another country (e.g., Switzerland), please contact us or our respective license partner.

B. Payment Information

For deliveries within Germany & Austria, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed Information on the Individual Payment Options

Bank Transfer / Prepayment: Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, indicating the purpose, at your convenience. We will provide you with our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email during the order process.

Payment via PayPal: Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account, without having to re-enter your payment information. Further information on payment via PayPal can be found at https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.

Credit Card: Pay easily and conveniently by credit card.
